Custom Cake Ordering Policies | South Florida Baker
To ensure the highest quality and availability:
A 3-5 day notice is required for all standard treat orders, cupcakes, cake squares, cakes grab & go.
Party packages, custom cakes, and large orders require a minimum of 2 weeks notice.
We recommend booking in advance as a limited number of orders are accepted each week.
All orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your order.
Orders placed outside of the required notice period are considered rush orders and are subject to a rush fee based on avalibility.
Payments are made through our secure online checkout.
Cancellation & Refunds
All sales are final. Because our treats are made to order, no refunds will be issued unless I cancel your order.
One date change may be requested if made at least 7 days prior to the original pickup date and is subject to availability.
Orders cancelled within 7 days of the event cannot be rescheduled unless I approve.
Delivery & Cake Care
FieldsofSweets is not responsible for any damage once an order has been picked up or delivered.
For best results:
1. Transport cakes on a flat surface (car floor recommended).
2. Keep in a cool, temperature-controlled environment.
3. Best to eat items within 3-5 days as cake can dry out over time.
